You are not expected to know how to pose or perform; Cole directs the session so the images feel like you, only more composed.

Privacy, comfort, wardrobe, travel, and fit can all be discussed before anything is planned.
Do I have to show my face?
No. Sessions can be planned around anonymous, cropped, or obscured images. Face-forward images are never required for public use.
Will my images be posted online?
No public use happens without written approval. Your name, face, gallery, and images are private by default.
Can I keep the session completely private?
Yes. Private use is supported. Delivery is controlled, and stronger/private work is not displayed on the open website.
What styles can we create?
Common directions include lingerie, implied, topless, nude, erotic/adult, artistic/editorial, or an unsure starting point where boundaries are discussed first.
What should I wear?
You do not need an extravagant wardrobe for a strong session. Everyday clothing — a t-shirt, button-down, slip dress, jeans, sheets, or something personal — can be sensual and often tells a better story than buying a pile of new lingerie.
Do I need to know how to pose?
No. Cole directs posing, lighting, pacing, and small adjustments throughout the session so you are not left guessing.
Do you work with models or TFP shoots?
Yes. Cole works with both new and experienced models when the concept feels like a good fit. If you are interested in a TFP collaboration, reach out and we can talk through the idea.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes. Travel is available depending on the project, location, and schedule. If you are interested in doing a remote shoot somewhere, send an inquiry and we can discuss what that would look like.
Where do sessions happen?
Sessions are planned privately in the Kansas City area or by travel, around the right setting, mood, and comfort level. Location details are handled during the inquiry and planning process.
How do I see the private gallery?
Request access with your name, age, and email. If approved, Cole will send private access details. Stronger samples are not posted openly.
Can I ask a question before filling out the full inquiry?
Yes. Use the private question form if you only need a quick answer before deciding whether to start a session inquiry.
How fast will Cole respond?
Private session inquiries are reviewed and answered within 48 hours using your preferred contact method.
Do you photograph bridal boudoir or anniversary gifts?
Yes. Private bridal boudoir, anniversary gifts, and personal-use sessions are welcome. The session can stay soft, romantic, implied, or more intimate depending on your comfort level.
Do you deliver RAW files?
No. Black Book delivers edited final images only. This protects quality, privacy, and the finished editorial look of the work.
